Our pizza dough is made with locally milled biodynamic flour and is cold-proven for up to 24 hours giving it a characteristic nutty flavour. One ball will give you a 12-13" pizza base.

Ingredients
Pizza flour, Water, 85% flour, Extra virgin olive oil, Table salt, Fresh yeast.
Preparation and storage notes
Using a rolling pin, shape dough on a floured surface to desired size. Place on a pizza stone or sturdy baking tray. Top with ingredients and bake on your highest oven setting. Cook until golden and bubbling.
