Plain flour (GF), Water, Olive oil, Magic bread flour, Fresh yeast, Table salt, Xanthan gum.
Preparation and storage notes
If frozen, defrost fully before using. Place on lightly floured silicone paper. Shape into desired size using a little gluten free flour to stop it from sticking to the paper. Top and bake on a pizza stone in a hot oven.
