FROZEN Slow Cooked Goat Curry with Tomato
An amazing Indian goat curry, full of spices and love. Made with yoghurt, tomatoes, fresh ginger and curry leaves, traditional Indian spices and cooking methods. Serve with rice or naan, and a dollop of natural yoghurt on top, it's a winner.
Ingredients
Diced goat, Vegetable stock, Italian tin tomatoes, Brown onion, Yoghurt, Canola oil, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Garam masala, Coriander ground, Chilli, Cinnamon stick, Black pepper, Caraway seeds, Star anise, Cardamom pods, Curry leaves, Cloves ground, Cloves, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Thaw fully in bag. Place into microwave, heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot through. Great with steamed rice and naan.
