FROZEN Chicken and Cherry Tomato Pasta Bake ( Onion Free )
No onion and No garlic and still plenty of flavour to boot. Chicken is marinated then braised in a rich cherry tomato sauce. Mixed with pasta, fresh basil then topped with GF bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and ready to bake.
Ingredients
Napoli, Vegetable stock, Chicken thigh fillets, Cherry tomatoes, Pasta, dry (GF and Vegan), Chicken jus, White wine, Breadcrumbs (GF), Grated parmesan, Lemon juice, Basil, Oregano Fresh.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost fully before cooking. Pre-heat oven at 180c. Remove lid from pasta bake and place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and hot through. Serve with a rocket salad or enjoy by itself.
