FROZEN Algerian Lamb Stew with White Beans and Coriander
This lovely Algerian lamb stew has slow cooked fall apart lamb, in a light spiced sauce that is packed full of veggies and white beans. The stew is finished with fresh mint and coriander for that extra fresh flavour finish.
Ingredients
Lamb shoulder boneless, Zucchini, Vegetable stock, Cannelini beans, Parsnip, Italian tin tomatoes, Brown onion, Green beans, Chicken jus, Carrots, Celery, Tomato paste, Coriander, Butter, Garlic, Parsley, Mint, Sweet paprika, Ras el Hanout (Salt flakes, Ground ginger, Cumin, Sweet paprika, Ground turmeric, Black pepper, Cinnamon ground, Coriander ground, Allspice, Cayenne pepper, Cloves), Caster sugar, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Thaw fully. Heat lamb stew in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot though. Serve with Cous Cous and dollop of natural yoghurt.
