Delicious savoury Greek pie made of perfectly crispy layers of filo pastry and a filling of spinach and feta cheese. 1 tray serves 2 people for dinner, or 4 people for snacks.

Ingredients
Spinach, Feta, Red onion, Filo pastry, Eggs, Unsalted butter, Extra virgin olive oil, Dill, Salt flakes, Spring onion, Garlic, Black pepper, Nutmeg ground.
Preparation and storage notes
Thaw fully. Place uncovered in a moderate (180-200c) oven for 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares before serving.
