Chicken Galantine - Whole chicken boned and rolled, stuffed with a chicken mousse (brandy currants, pine nuts and fresh herbs). Approx final weight is 1kg cut into 6 generous slices. The product is cooked by us, so you just heat and serve.

Ingredients
Chicken, Chicken breast, Brown onion, Prosciutto, Thickened cream, Eggs, Currants, Almond meal, Brandy, Pine nuts, Thyme, Peeled garlic, Sage Fresh, Rosemary Fresh.
Preparation and storage notes
Bake covered in hot oven (180c) for 20-25 minutes or until hot throughout. Ensure to not over cook.
