This delicious canapé is perfect as a pre-dinner snack or as part of a grazing lunch. We use our beetroot relish, and Bill's of Belgrave hot smoked salmon, which is simply the best.

Ingredients
Beetroot, Smoked salmon, Sourdough bread, Orange juice, Vinegar, Brown sugar, Sour cream, Flat parsley.
Preparation and storage notes
To assemble, place the croute on your serving dish, top with 2 tsp beetroot relish, a slice of salmon, and finish with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
