Quiche Lorraine
An absolute classic. The quiche of all quiches! This simple dish is great for lunch or dinner. you can even cut it into small squares for a cheeky snack or canapé.

Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry, Bacon, Thickened cream, Milk, Eggs, Maffra Cheddar, Salt flakes, Nutmeg ground, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Serve hot or cold. To heat, simply remove the lid and place in a moderate (180c) oven for 10-12 minutes or until hot throughout.
