This lasagna has all the essentials- tasty savory beef mince, creamy bechamel sauce, and lots of melted cheese. Small - 2 serves, Medium- 6 serves, Large- 10 serves. Freezes well.

Beef mince, Tinned tomato, Champignons, Bacon, Onion Brown, Capsicum, red, Tomato paste, Oregano, Rosemary, Garlic, Dried basil, Thyme

Preparation and storage notes

Defrosted - cook in a moderate oven ( 180) until golden brown on top. Small pies approx. 30 minutes and large pie approx 1 hour. If the pie is frozen allow an extra hal hour.
