The Whole Bowl Co. was founded in 2021 by Qualified Nutritionist (BHSc + Nutrition) Daisy Manson and Good Food Enthusiast and Marketing Specialist Elle Doran.

The Whole Bowl Co. was founded in 2021 by Qualified Nutritionist (BHSc + Nutrition) Daisy Manson and Good Food Enthusiast and Marketing Specialist Elle Doran.

They began as a Meal Bundle solution for new parents in Sydney, and have now expanded, offering frozen meal bundles across Australia to support individuals and families. Daisy & Elle are both mothers with aging parents to care for and truly believe in the value of quality meals for lightening the load of daily life.

They pride themselves on using quality, natural, whole food ingredients. The meals are snap frozen to eliminate the need for preservatives and are designed for sharing with the family or for individuals when they need a home cooked style meal without the shopping, chopping and washing up!

Our philosophy

Our meals are mindfully created with quality, whole food ingredients to ensure they are as nourishing as possible, as well as tasting delicious! 

As we age, our digestive systems slow down and many experience reduced digestive function. Therefore it is crucial to use every opportunity to nourish ourselves with nutrient dense meals that contain easily absorbable nutrients.

We have created recipes including slow cooked meats, soups, stews and sauces that are gentle on the digestive system. We use ingredients that provide many of the nutrients required throughout the lifespan, particularly when digestive function is reduced and nutrient requirements are increased.

We use quality ingredients such as Grass Fed Beef, Free Range Chicken, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Legumes, Fruit & Vegetables, Nut & Seeds to provide the following nutritional benefits:
