When I was a little girl, my Grandma would make us mushroom and barley soup. It was such a comforting bowl of yum. This is our GF take on the nostalgic mushroom and barley soup... TRUFFLED MUSHIE SOUP... Three types of mushies slow cooked with brown rice, parsnip and fresh dill then drizzled with truffle oil... just cause... YUM.
