Owner Krystal draws her love of cooking from her Mum Jules, Grandma Joyce & all of the awesome chefs she has had the pleasure of working with and whom she annoyed to get their best recipes!
When visiting Grandma she always knew the way to our hearts ‘Food”
Starting her career in hospitality in 1997 on the Gold Coast at the popular 90’s dinner cruise boats looking after many different tour groups from around the world. Krystal then moved to the Accor Hotels group in Far North QLD & Perth CBD.
Landing her 1st Restaurant managers roll at the tender age of 19 at the extremely busy Cottesloe Beach Hotel was a dream job. She then found out she was pregnant with Daughter Daisy (Whoopsy Daisy) So Krystal knows only to well the struggles of being a busy young mum & having a nutritious meal on the table every night.
Working in major WA wedding venues, charted cruises, fine dining restaurants & funky Fremantle cafes until 2009. Krystal made her way back to the East coast and finally settling back in her beloved home town of South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast NSW.
The Full Circle Eatery opened in 2015 it was a 120 seat restaurant that has had write ups & recommendations for the Fabulous burgers served, in the Sydney weekend papers & a segment filmed by the Sydney Weekender at our popular Mexican Thursday Nights.
Also catering locally for fashion clients such as Simon Upton, Myer, The Upside, Kaz Kingdon Productions & Elle Ferguson for Westfields. Providing food on location & private cheffing at night.
After Fires, Floods & a Crazy Pandemic we have now down sized to a predominately takeaway casual setting with 25 outdoor seats in a new CBD location.
Like many hospitality venues, through the pandemic we started home cooked meals to enjoy at home to survive! This is something we have continued with & we are loving making so many of our customers lives easier & more nutritious.

Krystal & Chef Mark are well known in South West Rocks for creating flavour packed dishes together since 2016. Mark has an extensive wealth of cooking knowledge & experience. He takes a lot of pride in the meals he prepares.
We have been loving taking the Full Circle Eatery in a new direction & providing a much-needed service to our community & surrounding areas.
