Our lamb shanks are soaked in red wine with some vegetables and herbs then slow cooked overnight in the oven to ensure they are melt in the mouth delicious

Our Butter Chicken is made using the recipe of the Mother of one of our chefs – just don’t let her know he has made a few changes to it!
