You had me at PIE, great anytime of the year. Fresh barramundi pieces are cooked in a creamy white wine & vegetable sauce & topped with a flaky puff pastry lid. Delicious on its own, or add a simple side salad.

Cream, Potato, barramundi, Egg, Puff pastry, Sea salt, White wine, Pea, baby spinach, capers, Leek, Pepper, Dill fresh, corn flour gluten free, Celery, Parsley, Onion, Garlic, Olive oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid & bake from defrosted at 180.c fan force for 30 minutes medium or 60 minutes large, or until golden brown.
