PEA & HAM SOUP

Smoked ham hocks from my butcher Trevor are simmered with vegetables to make a rich stock with dried & fresh peas & finished with a little cream. I blitz the soup for a smooth texture & add the shredded ham hock on top. Perfect on its own or with a bit of toast.

Remove lid & microwave for 2 minutes or until heated through, from defrosted. Or place in pan on stove.
