SPANISH STYLE FISH STEW
A comforting & delicious fish stew with classic Spanish flavours. I use a fresh barramundi portion in each serve with green olives, chickpeas, potato, tomato & lots of garlic & smoky paprika to make you feel like you are by the sea in Spain. Enjoy with crusty bread to mop all the goodness.
Ingredients
Tomato passata, barramundi, Potato, Chickpea, Onion, Capsicum, green olives, Red wine, Garlic, extra virgin olive oil, Lemon, fresh parsley, Sea salt, chilli flakes, smoky paprika, fennel seed, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in the fridge, can be frozen. Eat within 4 days. Reheat in microwave 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Serve with crusty bread.
