Ingredients
White fish, Potato, tomato puree no added salt, Breadcrumbs, Onion, extra virgin olive oil, olives, capers, Tomato paste, fresh parsley, Garlic, vinegar red wine, Oregano, Chilli, Sea salt, Pepper, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid & bake from defrosted at 180.c for 30-40 minutes for medium or 45-60 minutes for large.
