This dreamy recipe comes from my mum Wendy. Rich & creamy with a kick from Grand Marnier & orange zest. Serve with fresh baguette or crackers & cornichons with drinks.

Ingredients
Chicken liver, cream thickened, unsalted Butter, Grand Marnier, Shallots, Thyme, Orange rind, Sea salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in the fridge. Can be frozen. To remove from tub place tub in a bowl of warm water for 20 seconds then tip out onto serving platter. Serve with fresh baguette or crackers.
