Fresh broccoli is shaved then tossed with cranberries, pecans, pepita seeds, hint of orange zest & pickled Spanish onion. Served with a simple citrus vinaigrette on the side.

Ingredients
broccoli, Spanish onion, Dried cranberries, Pecans, pepita & sunflower seeds, extra virgin olive oil, Lemon juice, Sea salt, Orange, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Shake dressing well. Then toss with dressing just before serving.
