These evolved from my Mum's chocolate pepper biscuit recipe. To be honest it got too hot to put the oven on xmas eve to bake so now we have a new family tradition of these peppery, chocolate ginger balls dusted in cocoa. You won't stop at one, perfect with a cuppa.
