Every Sunday a weekly mix of 6 flavours is launched. We always try to make sure there is a little something for everyone. Unfortunately we can not offer substitutions to the mix.

Pickups are NOT offered at this stage. As Sweet Coast Cupcakes is a home-based business in a residential area, a no pickup council rule applies. The business is entirely run via delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate delivery time requests. The delivery window is between 10:30am – 3:30pm, Wed – Sat. You will be notified on the day a more accurate delivery time. If you require your cupcakes earlier, we suggest ordering for the day prior.

The regular sized cupcakes are sold by the half dozen and cupcake minis are sold by the dozen. Min. order for regular cupcakes is 6 and 12 for the cupcake minis.

Our cupcakes are always best the day of delivery. However, they do store well in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Yes, if not planning to consume within a couple of hours, we recommend storing in the fridge as many of the toppings contain fresh dairy. The cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temp; therefore, we recommend taking them out of the fridge for a little while prior to serving.

Cupcakes can be left outside for a short period of time if there is a safe, clean spot out of direct sunlight. **The ‘leave in safe spot’ boxed must be ticked (or T&C’s agreed upon) for the delivery driver to leave. We recommend leaving a cooled esky or cooler bag if no one is there to receive. Alternatively, you can purchase a Sweet Coast Cupcakes reusable cooler bag upon check out.

We are not able to cater for food allergies at this stage.

We do not offer dairy free options at this stage.

We offer a selection of Gluten FRIENDLY cupcakes. Gluten friendly means that all ingredients are free from gluten, however trace amounts of gluten may be present because we do not have a separate space or equipment for processing. Not suitable for a full gluten allergy.

Yes, we can discuss and take event or larger order enquiries via email enquiry or phone. We consider a larger order of approx. 75ppl or more

Sweet Coast Cupcakes do not offer custom designs on most orders. Special consideration will be given to events or large orders.
