Biscoff Sandwich Loaf
My daughter is a lover of Biscoff so of course I had to create a Biscoff Sourdough. Indulge in the ultimate cookie-butter dream. Loaded with chunks of crunchy Biscoff spread and crumbled Biscoff biscuits throughout creating a rich, velvety Biscoff swirl. This loaf has notes of caramel, cinnamon & ginger flavour throughout. Baked in a sandwich tin for easy slicing and a softer crust. If you have any leftover, make into French Toast and top with my Whipped Biscoff or Spiced Cinnamon and Maple Butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
