Sourdough Bagels with Everything Bagel Seasoning
These are perfectly chewy as a bagel should be. These are an amazing way to start your morning or enjoy for a yummy brunch or lunch. Smother in some cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
Ingredients
Bakers Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter, Eggs, White Sugar, Sesame Seeds Black, Sesame Seeds White, Poppy Seeds, Dried Garlic, Salt, Honey, Dried onion.
Preparation and storage notes
Bagels are best stored at room temperature and eaten fresh within 1-2days. Day 3 best to toast or freeze in a zip lock/freezer bag. Bagels can also be reheated in a 170 C oven for 4-6mins. Do not refridgerate Bagels as this actually promotes staling.
