Cinnamon Roll Sourdough Focaccia
This focaccia tastes just like a cinnamon roll and is drizzled in a lemon cream cheese icing. This focaccia is naturally leavened, its light and airy and sweet and delicious.
Ingredients
Bakers Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter, Icing Sugar, Cream Cheese (Light), Brown Sugar, Oilve Oil, Butter, Cinnamon, Plain Flour, Milk, Salt, Lemon Juice/Zest.
Preparation and storage notes
Best eaten fresh on day its bought or you can refresh by pre-heating oven 170 degrees and place in oven and cover top with foil for 5-10mins. You can also slice and toast or make into a toasted sandwich. Suitable to freeze.
