500 grams in weight - perfect size for two medium sized pizzas. Fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, this pizza dough not only tastes delicious, but it is also easier on the digestive system than its takeout counterpart. The extended fermentation allows for gut-friendly bacteria to develop.

Preparation and storage notes
Made fresh and then frozen and ready for your next pizza night. You can simply take it home and put straight into your freezer or leave in fridge to defrost. when ready to use allow it to come to room temperature before shaping and cooking or leave it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
