Pizza Sourdough Loaf
This is my teenage boy's favourite loaf. He smashes this when its fresh and if there is any leftover he lightly toasts and has for breakfast. You could even make a toasty or an open grilled toasted sandwich. So many yummy options. Filled with tomato pizza sauce, bacon, pepperoni and lots of cheese. This one won't last long!
Ingredients
Bakers Flour, Water, Grated Tasty Cheese, Sourdough Starter, Tomato Basil Passata, Diced Bacon, Pepperoni, Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Parmesan Cheese.
Preparation and storage notes
Best eaten fresh on day it is baked. If any left over, wrap and store in an airtight container and keep in fridge. Suitable to freeze - either slice and freeze for easy defrosting and toasting or place half or quarter loaf in freezer and refresh by spritzing with water spray and placing in a hot 190-degree oven for 5-12min.
