Chorizo, Jalapeño and Cheddar Cheese
A flavourful twist on traditional sourdough. This loaf is infused with chorizo sausage, spicy jalapeño and cheddar cheese. Ideal for paring with soups, accompanying a cheese & meat platter, toasted sandwich or just lathered in butter and eaten fresh.

Bakers Flour, Water, Cheese, Chorizo, Sourdough Starter, Whole Wheat Flour, Jalapeno, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Best eaten fresh on day it is baked. If any left over, wrap and store in an airtight container and keep in fridge. Suitable to freeze - either slice and freeze for easy defrosting and toasting or place half or quarter loaf in freezer and refresh by spritzing with water spray and placing in a hot 190-degree oven for 5-12min.
