The combination of roasted sunflower seeds and umami-rich sesame comes together with a touch of honey which gives the loaf a nutty taste despite no nuts being added. This bread is delicious as an all-rounder, every day for sandwiches, toast or toasties. Made in a sandwich tin for a softer loaf that's easier to cut.
