The combination of roasted sunflower seeds and umami-rich sesame comes together with a touch of honey which gives the loaf a nutty taste despite no nuts being added. This bread is delicious as an all-rounder, every day for sandwiches, toast or toasties.
For this loaf I toast the oats lightly first before soaking and this amplifies their flavour and adds a subtle nuttiness to the bread. The oat porridge brings softness, flavour and added nutrition and it will leave you feeling fuller. A good everyday bread.

OMG! These are just scrumptious. Rich, chewy, and utterly indulgent. Made with sourdough discard, toasted brown butter which gives these cookies a nutty taste and lots of dark and milk chocolate chunks.
