These muffins are perfectly delicious split and toasted or heated up whole in the oven. For an authentic touch split them open with a fork to expose their beautiful craggy holes. Best served toasted with a thick pat of butter to melt into delicious golden pools. If you like them crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle, then heat them up whole in a hot oven.

Bakers Flour, Milk, Sultanas, Eggs, Local Raw Honey, White Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Ginger.
Preparation and storage notes
These will stay fresh for up to 2 days, store in paper bag at room temperature. These can be heated up in a hot oven for 3-5mins or cut in half and toasted. These freeze well in a zip lock bag.
