Lamb & Rosemary Shepherds Pie w/ Garlic Dijon Mash
Winter comfort food at it's best. A Family favourite sure to win the kids over. Rich Lamb mince cooked with winter veg in a rich Rutherglen red wine and rosemary Gravy topped with Roasted garlic and Dijon Mash potato. A quick mid week dinner made easy.

Ingredients
Lamb mince, Potato, Beef Stock, Onion, Carrot, Celeriac, Red Wine, Egg, Cream, Celery, Green Peas, Flour, Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Dijon Mustard, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 190C - Remove lid, place pie in oven, reheat for 25 minutes.
