Local lamb shoulder braised in Rutherglen shiraz on a bed of traditional mirepoix and bouquet garnet.

Lamb shoulder, Beef Stock, Red Wine, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Garlic, Currants, Thyme, Rosemary, Zaartar, Sage, Paprika.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove from packaging, reheat in oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes with gravy drizzled over the top.
