About us

Saint Lawrence Real Food was an idea born from industry professionals, Perry and Effie Kapaklis. With 20 years experience in food service – corporate catering, niche and personal catering, as well as establishing and nurturing an award winning café – they came to the conclusion that Melbournians need good food – real food – at their tables. They saw a community in need of a good feed, and knew, with their expertise, they could be the providers.

Effie’s attention to detail and Perry’s genuine love of cooking are brought together at Saint Lawrence Real Food to create vibrant homely feels, both visual and visceral – a perfect combo for good taste.

Our pre-made meals that are available to take home for dinner or freeze for later. The menu includes but not limited to lasagnas, pies, curries, ragus, casseroles, soups, quiches, Italian meatballs, moussaka, sausage rolls, salads, pasta sauces & pasta, spanakopita and many other options.

How it works

In addition to our 'in-store' offering, we also provide customers the ability to access a weekly curated menu created by Effie & Perry. As well as our staples, there will be weekly specials for you to enjoy. Menus are sent every Thursday for orders to be placed by Sunday night for delivery (or pick-up) Tuesday.
