A bright & aromatic prawn curry, made with a rich base, turmeric and asparagus. To serve, stir through coriander and lime juice, then spoon on top of fluffy white rice.

Ingredients
Coconut cream, Coconut milk, Fish Sauce, Asparagus, Prawns, Chilli (red), Peppercorn, Coriander seed, Shallots, Garlic, Fresh Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Kaffir lime leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Empty contents into a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over a medium-high heat and cook until warmed through and bubbling.
