An Indian lamb curry, that is slightly spiced and cooked in a tomato-ey sauce. Perfect with some naan or roti, on top of steamed rice.

Ingredients
Lamb (shoulder), Tomato, Chicken stock, Ghee, Cinnamon, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Salt, Cloves (ground), Smoked Paprika, Chilli (powder), Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Turmeric (ground), Garam masala, Fennel seeds, Greek Yoghurt.
Preparation and storage notes
Empty contents into saucepan. Warm gently over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until bubbly and warmed through.
