A fragrant and yummy yellow curry with chicken thighs, bamboo shoots and butternut pumpkin. Serve with rice, a big sprinkling of herbs and roti bread.

Bamboo shoot, Coconut milk, Chicken, Coconut cream, Pumpkin, Palm sugar, Fish Sauce, Tamarind, Kaffir lime leaf, Coriander seed, Cardamom, Chilli (red), Garlic, Shallots, Turmeric, Galangal, Shrimp paste, Fresh Coriander, Soybean Oil, Curry leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Empty contents into a saucepan. Gently bring to a simmer over a medium heat and warm curry through until bubbling.
