A sticky lemongrass braised beef dish, full of flavour and perfect for getting you through mid-week dinners. Serve with on top of rice with some steamed asian greens and a good sprinkling of coriander.

Ingredients
Soy sauce (GF), Kecap Manis (GF), Beef, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brown Sugar, Lemongrass, Beef Stock, Oyster sauce (GF), Garlic, Ginger.
Preparation and storage notes
Empty contents into a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a simmer over a medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cooking beef for 20-25 minutes or until warmed through and liquid has slightly thickened.
