Diced lamb, Tinned tomato, Water, Onion, Dried apricot, Dried dates, Raisins, Lemon juice, Olive oil, Sweet paprika, Ground coriander, Ground cumin, Salt, Ground ginger, Ground cinnamon, Lemon zest, Garlic, Chilli powder, Cardamom, White pepper, Mixed spice.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid and place frozen meal on an oven tray. Heat in oven at 180C for 35-40 minutes or until heated through. Serve with couscous.
