A popular winter dish. Braised chicken thighs with bacon, mushrooms and shallots in red wine sauce. Great served with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs, Shallots, Red wine, Tomato paste, Button mushrooms, Rindless bacon, Olive oil, Unsalted butter, Flour, Garlic, Salt, Mixed dried herbs, White pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid and place frozen meal on a baking sheet. Cook in a preheated oven at 180C for 35 - 40 minutes. Best served with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
