Whole Chicken, Soy sauce (GF), Sesame oil, Rice wine vinegar, Chinese five spice, Ginger, Sesame seed, Salted butter (Milk), White Pepper, Maldon sea salt, Chilli oil, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Spring onion, Brown sugar, Star anise

Preparation and storage notes

Place chicken in ti oven safe dish, pouring all additional marinade on top of chicken. Bake for roughly 1 hour at 190 degrees, basting every 15-20mins, until the legs juices run clear.
Once cooked, let chicken rest for 5-10 mins and pour juices in to pot to reduce slightly. Cover chicken in juices and serve with steamed rice, greens and extra toasted sesame seeds
