beef stock, Button mushroom, Beef Rump, Red wine, eschalots, Onion brown, Bacon, Carrot, Celery, Tomato paste, Sunflower oil, Thyme, Parsley, Bay leaf

Preparation and storage notes

Bring a large pot of water to a simmer. Add sealed cryovac bags of beef and mash potato and heat for approx. 20 minutes. Carefully remove from water and allow to cool slightly before handling.
