Jasmine rice, Pork mince, Iceberg lettuce, Onion brown, Water chestnut, Shiitake mushroom, Spring onion, Peanut, Vietnamese Mint, Carrot, Oyster sauce (Wheat, Mollusc, Soy), Thai basil, Chinese cooking wine (Wheat), Light soy sauce (Wheat), Dark Soy Sauce (Wheat), Garlic, sesame oil, Castor sugar, Cornflour (GF), Fresh ginger, Canola oil

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place Pork mix and rice in oven and heat for 10 mins or until hot. Alternatively reheat in microwave until hot. Create San Choy Bow by stuffing lettuce with pork mix. Serve with rice and garnish.
