Preparation and storage notes
Heat Porterhouse in cryovac bag in large pot of boiling water for approx 20 mins or warm. Lightly heat tomatoes in oven and serve as a garnish. Serve Porterhouse with Bearnaise butter. It should melt over the warmed meat
