Preparation and storage notes
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place sealed Porchetta in hot water for approx 30-40mins. Heat Calvados sauce if desired lightly in microwave. Alternatively heat Porchetta in a 150 degree oven slowly until warmed through. Serve with Apple Chutney.
