Slow cooked so the spices can do their work, this is one of our favourites and goes quite nicely with a cold beverage. Available as small (serves two) or large (serves four).

Chicken leg fillets, Tomato paste, Cream (Milk), Onion brown, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Carrot, Butter (Milk), Olive oil, Fresh Coriander, Turmeric, Shallot, Fresh ginger, Garlic, Garam Masala, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Cinnamon powder, Cardamom powder, Chilli powder, Lebanese cucumber, Basmati rice, Bay leaf

Preparation and storage notes

Reheat Butter Chicken in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Alternatively reheat in microwave in 1 minute intervals until hot. Place rice in 160 degree oven and reheat for 5-10 mins until warmed.
Serve with minted yoghurt garnish
