Or house made Sugo di Pomodoro (napoli sauce) is made from scratch. We simmer slowly; roma tomatoes, onion, garlic and plenty of basil to create a simple yet delicious pasta sauce. Serves 2-3 people.

Homemade beef bolognese (2-3 serves)

Our Amatriciana Sauce is made from scratch and slow cooked to release and infuse all the rich flavours of tomato, onion, pancetta and a hint of chilli. Simply heat and stir through your favourite pasta. (2-3 serves)
