Slow braised lamb leg with red wine, vegetables, tomato and peas, topped with velvety mashed potato, parmesan and herbs.

Mashed Potato (Potato, Cream whipping, Unsalted butter), Shepherd's Pie Lamb (Crushed tomato, Mirepoix (onions, carrots, celery), Lamb leg chump, Worcestershire sauce, Peas, Bbq sauce, Garlic, Light brown sugar, Salt, Black pepper), Parmesan.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Remove lid and bake in foil tin for 20-30 mins until golden and heated through! Note: cooking from frozen will take longer.
