THE BEST JAPANESE FLUFFY LOAF The only sourdough shokupan out there. We took the original recipe created by Quentin in 2020 in Melbourne and improved it using panettone making techniques. The result is an even softer, tastier and longer lasting loaf still made from local and organic ingredients.

Packed with seeds and nuts for increased nutrition, this loaf is made from GF flours, and a rice sourdough starter. The idea was to offer a nutritious, healthy and long lasting option to our friends who have decided to keep gluten out of their diet. Enjoy friends (L)

A Danish rye bread made from cooked rye berries, sunflowers and linseeds.

Currently working on some collaborations for christmas, I am offering you a taste of a potential future big collaboration, a chocolate & pear panettone. Made using the same techniques as my Christmas panettone, over 3 doughs and 72h of fermentation, this panettone is going to be very soft!

Pandoro is a cousin of Panettone, orgininally from Verona, it contains cocoa butter and lots of vanilla, richer than a panettone and closer to a fermented cake, this Grandi lievitati should not be missed !

The cotton canvas is nice, durable and washable. It features an internal pocket to tuck away your keys, wallet and other small goods while filling up with baked goods.
