Borodinsky is a Russian dark bread made from coriander seeds and rye flour. It is slightly sweet and keeps for a week. You'll notice the flavour will evolve through the days. Perfect for matching with cheese or an avocado-toast!

The softest brioche, inspired by Brioche Vendéenne, a brioche made with crème fraîche, rum and orange blossom. The flavour is delicate and subtle and the the texture very soft. This brioche keeps very easily for a week.
